Chef Mari has spent the better part of a decade quietly redefining what a neighborhood gastropub can be. The team has rolled out a clean, opinionated mobile ordering app — built in-house — that mirrors the warmth of the dining room. Diners can now reserve a slot at the bar, pre-order the famed kimchi-brined chicken, or grab a curated box of pantry items for the weekend. The shift was prompted by demand from regulars who travel for work and miss the food when they're on the road. "It's a love letter to the people who built this place," Mari says. The app launches today across iOS and Android.
