Heirloom Tomato Tasting Menu Debuts at The Veranda

The Veranda is opening its summer with a daring all-tomato tasting menu, sourcing twelve heirloom varietals from three regional farms operated by Black growers. Chef Devine Williams says the goal is to "slow people down and let a tomato do what it does best." Courses range from a chilled green-zebra consommé to a wood-grilled brandywine with brown-butter and country ham.
